14 Town Houses and 42 City Apartments in Somerparc aan de Amstel will be on sale from 1 February. The Penthouses will be on sale later, in March.
Film and online brochure
We would usually meet each other at the start of a sale during a sales event. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible right now. That’s why we have produced a video and an online brochure to give you a good impression of what it’s like living in Somerparc aan de Amstel.
In the video, one of the estate agents, Stefano Djoemena, will tell you all about the homes and life in the Amstelkwartier. You can hear the architect’s story and listen to developer, Tamar Steenbergen, explaining everything about just how sustainable Somerparc aan de Amstel is. And finally we hear from Niels. He lives over the road in Somerparc Residences and talks enthusiastically about great life is in the Amstelkwartier.
Financing and ground lease
Somerparc aan de Amstel is not freehold. This means that you will need to pay ground lease to the Municipality of Amsterdam. You can pay the ground lease via a monthly fee or pay this off permanently. Both will impact your lending capacity. Our financial advisor Anne-Fleur Schotema explains how this works in an interview and in the video below.
